2019: Agreement with Legium on ensuring exchange of documents between Sberlogistikaya and the third parties

On November 15, 2019 Sberbank reported that Sberlogistika LLC and Legium (the founder of service by the online signature of documents - Legium.io) signed the cooperation agreement. It was signed in an online service.

Startup of Legium.io — the resident of the second flow of the Accelerator of Sberbank and 500 Startups. This transaction became the first for subsidiaries of Sberbank and a startup of the second wave of an accelerator. Service within the agreement provides exchange of legally significant documents between the client and the third parties registered on the website legium.io. Three tariff plans including a possibility of signing of 500 documents, 1,000 documents and 5,000 documents respectively are by agreement of the parties provided.

Sberlogistiki's strategy means high dynamics of building of infrastructure – opening and the equipment of warehouses, development and equipping of express networks.
