During the project solution BITS. The superspy it is integrated with the accounting system of the customer, forming a single automated system. The project of automation is implemented using the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development according to the "Support of Small and Medium Business" program.

Project Results

Integrator of IT solutions for accounting and management the First BIT completed the project of automation of sales of Lemonadoff Food company. Specialists of the First BIT helped Lemonadoff to implement a SFA system (the automation system of sales – from engl. Sales Force Automation), to integrate it with the accounting system of the company and to strengthen control of work of sales representatives.

Exit employees receive on the smartphones routes of the forthcoming visits, up-to-date data about debts, the state of affairs in outlets and a remaining balance in warehouses, collect orders and any other information which is necessary for the company.

For August 7, 2015 the automation system of sales - the only tool for remote control of work of outlets and collection of data on visits of employees, current orders, questioning of partners, carrying out collection and so forth. As a result of system implementation information processing time was reduced, and calculation of KPI of sales representatives right after commission of a visit became possible.

"Thanks to active joint work of Lemonadoff and the First BIT process of integration took place with the smallest of possible losses of quality of functioning of sales department. We would like to continue cooperation with the integrator which implemented the project. On the next stage optimization and improvement of functionality of the implemented system is planned", - Abdulaziz Ermetov, the CEO of Lemonadoff Food told.

"Its short term of implementation became feature of the project – in only 3 weeks integration and start of a system was carried out.
