2019: Implementation of KGIS and mobile application for technical accession to power supply networks

On June 19, 2019 it became known that Lenenergo (enters into the Rosseti group) implemented a corporate geographic information system (KGIS) and mobile application for technology accession to the electric networks.

Lenenergo for several years conducted purposeful work on automation and simplification of the procedure of technical accession. The corporate geographic information system changes logic of the procedure at an application stage. For the account intellectual algorithms a one click of the button the applicant allows the specialist of Lenenergo using the program to select an optimal variant of passing of the route on the basis of which specifications, the technical specifications, the agreement TP are automatically created — the CEO of the company Andrey Ryumin noted.

As expected, implementation of a corporate geographic information system will allow to reduce terms of issue of the offer of the agreement and specifications and also terms of accomplishment of design and exploration work due to the choice of an optimal variant of passing of the plan of the route at an application stage.

According to Andrey Ryumin, the company already implements service of issue and registration of acts of TP using mobile application in the pilot mode in St. Petersburg and is ready to expand to the Leningrad Region.

Improvement of customer service based on digital solutions is an integral part in digit of transformation of an electric grid which is implemented by Rosseti. The results of pilot projects on implementation of KGIS and mobile application for inspections of the power accepting applicant's devices developed and implemented by Lenenergo will be analyzed and recommended for implementation in other DZO of Rosseti" — the head of Rosseti group Pavel Livinsky said.[1]
