MTT JSC, a provider of intelligent solutions for business, has developed a voice assistant on the VoiceBox platform for Lenpromgaz JSC: it makes more than a thousand calls per month and, thanks to its high bandwidth, increases the notification speed of subscribers by 3 times. MTT announced this on September 14, 2023.

The voice assistant calls the residents of St. Petersburg, informing about the upcoming maintenance of gas equipment, names the date and time when the master's visit is planned, and receives confirmation. If necessary, a Lenpromgaz specialist contacts the customer, but about 80% of confirmations pass through the voice assistant.
