The system of calculation and forecasting of cost value of goods taking into account logistic costs in Leroy Merlin company is put into operation

For cost accounting of goods specialists of KPBS Ltd developed a function model of the cost accounting. Within this model expenses of the enterprise on separate functions (delivery, storage, packaging, etc.), according to design factors, are distributed on each category of goods. Coefficients reflect extent of consumption by goods of such functions.

System implementation allowed:

• quickly and authentically to calculate cost value of the purchased goods taking into account logistic costs;
• determine the minimum accounting prices of the purchased goods and on their basis to create the sales price of goods taking into account the trade margin agreed at the enterprise.

Allowed to conduct the acquired experiment of KPBS Ltd system deployment in a short time. Solution development, creation of a prototype, test operation and commissioning took less than 5 months.
