2021: Implementation of HR system for targeting, evaluation and feedback

On November 30, 2021, SAP CIS announced that Leroy Merlin had completed the implementation of an HR system for targeting, evaluation and feedback based on SAP SuccessFactors. This cloud system will allow more than 40 thousand employees of the company to set goals and evaluate their implementation, draw up and monitor an individual development plan, as well as conduct a 360 ° assessment on previously prepared questions and templates. Almost 100% of employees participate in the assessment and goal setting campaign. The implementation partner was Molga Consulting.

The key goal of the project was to combine assessment and development processes in a single convenient tool with the ability to access from any devices, including mobile ones, in 24/7 mode. It was necessary to make the system available for use by all employees of the company - from line staff to managers - from various departments: from the warehouse to the central office. In addition, it was important to synchronize the system with the training module.

Based on the results of the implementation, it was possible to build a route for assessing competencies, setting goals and forming an individual development plan for each employee. There was a clear process of setting goals after the adaptation of new employees. The request and feedback process is configured. In addition, HR data analysis on employee evaluation has been implemented. With this information, managers and HR will be able to build training, mentoring and employee development processes.

When the project was launched in December 2020, the evaluation and goal setting forms were launched on all employees of the company who have undergone integration (about 87% of employees). Both line staff and managers participated in the assessment and goal-setting campaign. "Assessment" and "Feedback" 360 ° according to the "Leadership" model passed about 80% of all company executives. All Leroy Merlin staff have access to the goals and individual development plan in the mobile application.
