2024: Implementation of the K-Team platform

The Korus Consulting Group of Companies team has implemented the K-Team platform for Level Group in three months. The solution helped formalize and digitize the organization's routine processes, establish internal communication, and increase employee engagement in corporate culture. This was announced by Korus Consulting on February 28, 2024.

Before the transition to the K-Team solution, the company had an intranet of its own design based on 1C-Bitrix. It was highly customized, so over time difficulties began to appear with the addition of information, there were also no necessary services and the ability to create them. Management decided to move the processes to a more flexible and platform.

At the first stage, we carried out the basic implementation of the portal, which included the most popular modules: the employee's personal account, news, organizational structure, telephone directory, birthdays and others. Next, we set up integrations with Active Directory and 1C for the transfer of agreed vacations, as well as improved the processes for approving applications and planning the vacation schedule. Implemented page designer - now you can quickly and easily fill the portal with content in modern design. We implemented business processes in the Portal to automate work with candidates, which allows you to create applications for vacancies and transfers, track applications and change their stages. The company has an annual domestic "Level-Awards," where employees are awarded for successful projects. We created a separate section on the portal with the history of the award, where all awarded ones are displayed in chronological order. And in order to keep your finger on the pulse, follow the sales plan and its progress, they added a special widget on the main page, which online shows the percentage of plan fulfillment.

As a result of the implementation, it was possible to formalize and digitize the company's routine processes. Employees are already actively using the portal - they agree on vacation schedules and draw up transfers. The created intranet has become a single workspace and information space that brings together all employees.

The company plans to develop functionality - implement gamification and expand the possibilities of providing corporate services and services.
