Description
Ltd company the automobile company "Stavropol Car" is the company under construction on production of cars in Stavropol Krai ("Industrial assembly" OEM-project) 100 thousand cars in a year. The number of employees of the company of people – 25 people.
For operational accounting and tax accounting, payroll, etc., the company decided to implement software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".
As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system Detsima Prof LLC companies and Gendalf Company LLC were selected. The fact that using this software product conducting production accounting, maintaining as managerial and accounting of several legal entities in one information base is possible served as selection terms of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product.
Using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product the following tasks are at the moment automated:
- Accounting and tax accounting
- Purchases
- Cash management
- Production management
- Products cost accounting
5 jobs are as a result automated.
The implemented information management system based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product increased labor productivity of accountant officers due to lack of double entry of information in several databases.
The quality of information obtained by the management was considerably improved.
Also as a result of implementation of the program on the basis of the worked mechanism of accounting of finished product output from own raw materials there was an opportunity using standard reports to analyze structure of costs on each product according to the regulated and management accounting.
Increase in jobs to 10 is planned.
