Need of creation for JSC Lipetskenergo of a common information space for acceptance of effective management decisions defined use of a modern technology platform "1C:Enterprise 8" and solutions "1C: Management production enterprise 8". Automated information system allowed to solve the following problems:

• Creation of a common information space of the enterprise allowing to use all accumulated information about the production process course, personnel, material, financial flows;
• Determination and effective application of the complex indicators improving information support of operational management;
• Existence of an end-to-end system of management of a financial status of the enterprise and budgeting, united in the single database;
• Organizations of the fast and reliable mechanism of document flow;
• Increase in technology and labor discipline of workers in connection with standardization and standardization of the performed procedures and business processes;
• Minimization of routine accounting procedures and release of time of workers for creative work and the analysis.

The first stage of the project of automation of financial and economic tasks was completed on March 31, 2006.
