Likard passed e-document flow of "Kontur.Diadok"

The Lukoil-Inter-Kard (Likard LLC) company is subsidiary of Lukoil, the operator on development and operation of a system of non-cash payments for fuel at Lukoil gas Station using plastic cards — passed to electronic document management with partners.

As noted, Likard services more than 3,700 gas stations in the Russian Federation and abroad. The company conducts document flow with 65 thousand partners and creates for them about 840 thousand sets of documents a year. It is important to bring them quickly, but mail and courier services do not guarantee efficiency. The problem managed to be solved with the help of electronic document management (e-document flow).

The volume of a packet can exceed 200 sheets which it is necessary to print, sign, seal on them and to pack. All this is working time of employees. Clients need to wait when documents reach them, to receive, sign, stamp and send back signed copies. In the remote regions of documents it is possible to wait about one month. As much again they could go back in Likard.

Electronic legally significant documents receive from Likard 10 thousand partners of the operator, noted in SKB Kontur.

According to SKB Kontur, Kontur.Diadok e-document flow service was integrated with systems on preparation of primary documentation Likard, with the system of personal accounts of clients for legal entities, the processing system and the program of the financial accounting "1C: Accounting". It took about a year. At first the command of "Diadoc" finished under requirements of Likard company the standard module for 1C, implemented it on jobs of users. Then developed the special connector for information systems of the company which allows to receive and sign documents and also notifies on their statuses.
