2022: A built solar power plant in Krasnodar received a certificate of qualification of a generating facility
Hevel Group announced on August 12, 2022 that the LUKOIL Group solar power plant in Krasnodar with a capacity of 2.35 MW received a certificate of qualification of a generating facility operating on the basis of a renewable energy source and was put into operation. The station was built by Hevel and is located on two sections of the Krasnodar CHPP with a total area of 3.53 hectares, unused in production.
In addition to the design and construction of the facility, the Hevel plant provided the supply of 6 thousand bilateral solar modules.
The solar power plant in Krasnodar will provide 3 million kWh per year of clean electricity, which will prevent greenhouse gas emissions up to 1.5 thousand tons per year. All electricity produced is supplied to the South's OES.
The solar power plant in Krasnodar became the third green power facility built by Hevel for LUKOIL. Earlier in 2018 and 2021, projects were implemented to build two solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 30 MW on the territory of the company's oil refinery in Volgograd. The solar power plant was built as part of the region's electric power development program for 2022-2026.
