The BSC company and Lanch Ltd (the Gee brand, the Small Japan brand) signed the technical support agreement and the authorized maintenance of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer. Within the agreement specialists of BSC perform a first line support of work of end users of Lanch Ltd, detailed consultation on questions of administration of a HRM system, its development and modification.
To increase effective management of personnel in 2009 in Lanch Ltd the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system (regular and personnel and organic and salary circuits) was implemented. For work of users and administrators of LANCH Ltd about four tens licenses are used. On project completion of implementation there was a question of further technical support and to the authorized maintenance of a personnel management system.

The solution of the task connected with change of requirements to maintaining tax and accounting according to the new Federal law of 7/24/2009 N 212-FZ regulating calculation and payment of insurance premiums became the first stage of partnership of Lanch Ltd and BSC company. According to this legislative document since January 1, 2010 UST should be replaced with insurance premiums - separately in the PF of the Russian Federation, Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, funds of compulsory health insurance. Reform of UST demanded the corresponding updates of the information management system by personnel the BOSS-personnel officer (circuits for accounting and payroll).
In December, 2009 on the basis of the agreement with Lanch Ltd specialists of BSC company implemented transfer to the new version of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer, including transfer of the additional functionality used by Lanch Ltd.
