On April 7, 2022, the Directorate of Integrated Security Systems of the GKS (Systematics Group JSC) announced the installation of an integrated product for video monitoring and operational communications at the Korablik playground of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex.

The emergency call column is a variant of the Xeon Smart multifunctional support, a product of the partner development of the GKS and the domestic manufacturer of lighting equipment, Breitelek LLC.

In addition to lighting the platform, the column provides a one-button call to the manager, and the video camera installed on the support allows you to get a circular view of the area adjacent to the support. A light beacon is installed in the column head, acting as an alarm element, indicating the location of the incident. The column body provides maximum vandal stability, and its contrast color, together with artificial lighting, provides good visibility at a distance.

When operating the column under real conditions, its production quality was confirmed and the reliability of the selected components was shown. Visitors are given the opportunity to call for help at the place of physical activity of children in an open area equipped with sports and play facilities.

"For six months of experimental operation of the convoy, dangerous incidents or acts of illegal intervention have not been identified. At the same time, the emergency communication and video surveillance system of the column repeatedly helped parents find forgotten things and assist the operational response of the security service, including to call for medical care, " commented by Mikhail Elenbogen, head of the design department of the Directorate of Integrated Safety Systems.

Representatives of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex appreciated the work carried out by the GKS specialists on seamless integration of column components into a complex data transmission system and centralized territory monitoring. The simplification of the possibilities of a full-fledged investigation of incidents was also noted, the demand and usefulness of an emergency call in urban areas of the mass presence of people was confirmed.
