Specialists of 1C Company: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated activity of beauty shop and health of M-STAYL using the software product "BIT: Beauty. PROF", the company reported on November 20, 2012.
Selection
To system implementation "BIT: Beauty. PROF" the company used paper document flow and the main, often negative role played a human factor in its activity. It was impossible to coordinate the arriving data, to create the convenient, "speaking" base, to build the optimal work plan – all this led to errors, loss of clients and arrived respectively.

After specialists of 1C Company: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated a workplace of the administrator of beauty shop and provided training, became possible to store all data on clients and specific features of relationship with them in a uniform information field, to do SMS mailing, to plan loading of masters, to control material accounting, etc. The management had an opportunity to browse information on revenue received in a day on the basis of what to analyze financial and business activities of the company, to keep internal accounting of money and materials.
As a result of implementation:
- considerably customer service quality increased;
- thanks to material accounting costs decreased;
- working conditions of masters improved at the expense of evenly distributed loading that well affected quality of their work;
- the efficiency in adoption of requests allowed to increase service rate.
