On July 19, 2021, BSS announced that for the strategically important project of the Bank, MBA-Moscow developed a Personal Account with mobile applications for iOS and Android.

The personal account was created on the basis of the BSS BBO system for individuals using the BSS "Notification Server" software products for notifying customers (push, sms and email) and the "Standard Integration Solution" (TIR) for the implementation of all integration processes with the services and information systems used by the bank.

Starting the project of implementation of SDP Granat, Bank "MBA-MOSCOW" carefully approached the choice of partner. In addition to the developed functionality, the bank was looking for a solution that would provide a number of additional opportunities. This is an SDK that allows you to develop the solution yourself. Implement hybrid mobile applications with the right architecture to optimize development costs as the solution evolves.

Of course, security is the availability in the solution of all relevant measures to protect personal data and prevent fraud threats. Flexibility - ready-made mechanisms that allow you to make changes depending on the transactions performed by customers, their belonging to various groups and other settings.

And finally, an examination. Given that the bank did not have experience in developing solutions at the time of the start of the project, it was important to get support in the future partner in building the right process for creating requirements. At what stages should I begin to study the layouts, architecture and functionality of the solution? What is important to consider when planning development sprints? What resources will be required from the bank at one stage or another in the development of a new solution?

After considering all the proposals, and taking into account the experience with BSS, including the implementation of the BBO system for retail customers, the bank decided to develop LoC for Granat SDP based on BSS products as the most appropriate, promising, technological and competitive.

The personal account became available to bank customers in March 2021. Over the four months of operation, more than 1,600 customers have become regular users. Many have repeatedly expressed their gratitude to the bank for the service, assessing its convenience and cost-effectiveness of making transfers from Russia to Azerbaijan.

Considering the SDP Granat a strategically important project, the bank is actively developing the service. As of July 2021, work is underway to improve usability through the tokenization of cards from which customers translate and form templates for translations (memorizing not only the sources of write-off, but also the sources of credit). In the near future, there will be an online chat for operational customer support, localization into other languages, payment services in Azerbaijan and "reverse" translations from Azerbaijan to Russia will be added. Mechanisms for collecting and analyzing business metrics on the use of application elements by customers are implemented in order to make a decision on further optimization and development of the solution.
