On August 16, 2017 the Parus company announced system implementation of management of maintenance of products on the platform Parus Enterprise in MCST.
Project Results
Now the services responsible for different stages of product lifecycle work with the single database. Process management of production planning, accounting of the actual complete set of products and maintenance of products is performed in the unified information system.
A system provides formation of design structures of products on the basis of these specifications with the change history of structures during repairs or upgrade of products and their elements and also formation of the actual complete sets of the released products, lists of raw materials supplied by the customer for production, maintaining orders for production and repair of products.
At the enterprise the uniform and relevant database about design and actual structures about 1500 units of products operated by customers is created. In the conditions of an annual gain of production at the level of 70% increase in efficiency and decrease in labor input of formation, storage and information analysis about repairs and upgrade of products became the major project deliverable.
"In process of information storage we will be able to create motivated the price of service contracts with customers, to define the most costly accompanied by a product and to reveal sources of reducing costs for their operation. Thereby we will have an opportunity to improve the organization of production processes at our enterprise and partner companies and as result, to increase product quality.
