MS Bank Rus organized remote work on VDI together with Jet Infosystems

IT company "Jet Infosystems" on December 1, 2021 announced the creation of a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for employees of MC Bank Rus. VDI supports the safe operation of about 20% of the bank's staff . Employees of a financial institution can work with VDI from their own PCs.

The bank planned to expand the arsenal of funds for remote work even before the pandemic began. The IT solution introduced was to ensure high availability of user applications and desktops, reduce maintenance and desktop administration costs, and improve information security. In response to the tasks, the specialists of "Jet Infosystems" proposed to use VDI technology, since it corresponded to the request of the bank as much as possible.

Our bank is systematically investing in the organization of continuous work of employees. The pandemic only accelerated the introduction of VDI technology, which we consider optimal for this. We can easily increase the number of remote desktops based on the created virtual desktop infrastructure, with complete confidence in the security of connection and the availability of enterprise services for employees, "said Odaka Kendzie, Member of the Board of Directors of MC Bank Rus.

As part of the project, Jet Infosystems experts also implemented a number of accompanying IT systems for managing virtual desktops and client devices - load balancing, antivirus protection.
