MDM Bank amplified and started the Boss

The Nonolet Kit company completed the works on system implementation the BOSS-personnel officer at the Novosibirsk office of MDM Bank.

Background

The branch network of MDM Bank consists of more than 300 divisions in all federal districts of the Russian Federation. Operations on registration of personnel, time keeping, payroll and personnel management perform more than 100 geographically distributed employees. In August, 2009 the management of bank decided to replicate the BOSS-personnel officer on new structure (merge of the Novosibirsk URSA of Bank and Moscow MDM Bank was carried out earlier).

Solution

During the project the centralized system configuration the BOSS-personnel officer on the Oracle platform with remote access for all divisions of MDM Bank was unrolled. The Nonolet Kit company debugged maintaining organizational and regular structure and personnel transactions, payroll, required report forms, carried out initial converting of data from the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.1" system used earlier by HR specialists of MDM Bank.

Result

The BOSS-personnel officer is implemented by system implementation transition to the single automated platform, labor costs on registration of personnel are reduced.
