On November 6, 2013 it became known of system implementation of electronic document management on the OPTIMA-WorkFlow platform in municipal autonomous authority of Buzuluk "The multifunction center for providing the public and municipal services (MFC).
Project Tasks
On a stage of the choice of an information system there was a task - to automate the maximum number of operational processes in MFC, many of which were not even regulated. Therefore at primary design the following requirements were imposed to a system: flexibility, high scalability, loyalty to the changing requirements, a possibility of completion of a system under new tasks of the customer.
The AIS MFC on the OPTIMA-WorkFlow platform met all these requirements.
Project Progress
Implementation is carried out within complex automation of MFC of Buzuluk. The project included all complex of works: from laying of the structured cable networks and supply of equipment for jobs and server before creation of a cluster of virtual servers with a possibility of further growth. Also there were problems of creation of an e-queue system, implementation of automated information system and its reduction in compliance to regulations of Federal Law No. 152.
Works on implementation of OPTIMA-WorkFlow were carried out by system integrator Binar LLC company.
A system is installed from the moment of opening of the multifunction center in the city of Buzuluk. System implementation went in parallel with complex informatization of MFC and took about 40 days.
Sergey Avdeev, the director of MAU of Buzuluk of MFC noted: "The choice for benefit of OPTIMA-WorkFlow completely came true: experience of functioning of this system in our center shows that residents of Buzuluk spend to queues no more than 10-20 minutes, depending on the service interesting them. We aim at maximum efficiency in work, and thanks to modern automated information system had an opportunity to service the population much quicker".
