The Rostelecom company in Chukotka Autonomous Okrug organized an information system on automation of activity of the multifunction centers (MFC) of the region. A system is intended for increase in efficiency and quality of rendering the public and municipal services due to use of modern information technologies. Works on creation of the automated information system (AIS) were performed within performance of the government contract.
In addition to implementation of the AIS in work of the multifunction centers, an opportunity to give quality evaluation of the provided service by means of terminals or through Sms is provided. The AIS represents a multi-user automated system based on WEB TECHNOLOGIES. Thanks to special data transfer protocols a system automatically updates data from the Uniform and Regional portal of public services and provides transfer in electronic form of applications for rendering public services in authorities.
