"MFC of Primorsky Krai" creates IT infrastructure in municipal MFC

On March 16, 2015 it became known of the project of the Aktsent system integrator by request of MFC of Primorsky Krai on start in operation of the multifunction centers of providing the public and municipal services in localities of Primorsky Krai^[1].

Project Tasks

Construction of MFC in the territory of Primorsky Krai is executed within implementation of the federal presidential program of quality improvement and availability of public services to the population, reduction of terms of providing, increase in their openness and transparency. For March 16, 2015 in the territory of Primorye 10 MFC in the cities and settlements of edge function. It is supposed that by the end of 2015 their number will reach 30.

Project Progress

The company contractor performed works on design, implementation and start of the systems of complex infrastructure for opened MFC.

For providing uniform communication space, a connectivity in the All-Russian network of the multifunction centers it is unrolled by the PBX on the IP platform. The convenience and efficiency of rendering services to clients of the centers are reached thanks to flexible and building block system of an electronic queue. The system of an emergency call of personnel of the center is installed.

Project Results

Jobs of staff of the center are automated, equipped with a computer hardware, the printing appliances, the UPS, telephone sets. Operator windows are in addition supplied with video cameras and microphones. For the organization of complex work MFC the server framework is created, network equipment is mounted, the structured cabling system is unrolled.

Security, control and observation of the operational hall and jobs of employees are provided by the system of security television. For security the system of the address fire warning, the warning system and managements of evacuation is installed.

Before start of MFC in work all unrolled engineering systems passed test, and the installed equipment is checked in infrastructure of Aktsent company. After completion of works all infrastructure of the centers is taken on technical support and service of Aktsent company by division.

It would be desirable to note that here it is not only about the administrative center, but also about such remote areas of Primorsky Krai as the city of Spassk-Dalny or, for example, the Lazovsky municipal district — Alexander Voznesensky, the CEO of Aktsent company emphasized. — With opening of MFC residents of these settlements had an opportunity conveniently and in one place to receive different public services. We are going to work further in this direction. So, in the new year in plans — implementation of several more projects on construction of MFC in the territory of our region".
