2020: Implementation of an electronic queue of the NeuroniQ system in Krasnoborsky MFC
On April 23, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future reported that in the Krasnoborsky Multifunction center (Arkhangelsk) process of service of visitors was optimized by implementation of an electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system.
Use of modern technologies – the compulsory provision for quality improvement of the services provided by the state. Due to installation of the NEURONIQ system the comfort of waiting for citizens increases and the moral and psychological climate in the waiting room improves.
The hardware and software system NEURONIQ in the automatic mode makes administration of flows of visitors of MFC depending on the received services. Due to uniform distribution of loading the efficiency and labor productivity of staff of organization increases.
Besides a system provides operational monitoring of process of service of the population and collecting of statistical information (holding time, waiting time, percent of the visitors who did not wait for acceptance, percent of the visitors registered far off).
Statistics provided by the system of intellectual queue management helps to trace performance of personnel, difficulty in the course of service. Similar information allows to take timely measures for further improvement of work of the organization.
The intelligent system of NEURONIQ for April 23, 2020 is installed in more than 2,500 organizations, from them 537 it falls on the Multifunction centers.
2015
On November 9, 2015 the Technologies of the Future company announced installation of a management system for queue in department of the Center of providing the public and municipal services in the city of Mirny of the Arkhangelsk region[1].
Project Progress
The hardware and software system of an electronic queue on six jobs provides convenience to applicants and helps to plan the diagram of acceptance by means of the interface of prerecording.

Software helps to systematize work on service of citizens, to resolve the issues connected with redirection of the citizen in other queue, to register additional services, to provide collecting and transfer to head department of MFC of statistical data about work of organization.
