In MGTS archives of accounting, technical and title documentation are digitized

In the spring of 2017 ELAR corporation completed the project on transfer to an electronic form of accounting, technical and title documentation for PJSC Moscow City Telephone Network (MCTN).

"Digitization financial, technical and documents of title is required to the commercial and state organizations for acceleration of an information access and simplification of work of special divisions", - the head of the analytical department of ELAR corporation [Verigin Ilya] comments]. According to him, now the complex service which includes scanning and indexing of different document types is very relevant for customers. "The park of the equipment in ELAR is completed with the equipment for industrial digitization. Accounting documents are transferred to an electronic form on high-speed scanners. The affairs which are not subject to lacing – on planetary scanners, and large-sized technical documentation is digitized on complexes of high-quality scanning. At the same time capacities are like that that we are not limited in digitization volumes", - the representative of corporation told.

For MGTS about 80 thousand accounting documents, 17 thousand technical documentation sets and more than 20 thousand documents of title are scanned and transferred to a PDF format. Documents were indexed using both automatic technologies, and manual extraction of data. The received information resources are collected in Access databases with sets of the attached PDF files.

"Annual increase in number of documents at any organization is more than 50% today. Say researches about it, about same also our customers testify, - Ilya Verigin reported. – Service of big documentary arrays are serious costs and risks. Complex and high-quality services on digitization and processing of documentation are for the companies the efficient tool for establishing order in documents and significant economy".
