On June 24, 2021, the company LARS Group announced that Saratov region it had launched a telemedicine consultation service. As of June 2021, the service was launched in 95 budget medical organizations in the region. The replication of telemedicine consultations is one of the most priority tasks of the development of healthcare in the country and is necessary to create a digital circuit in our region - for comfortable interaction of patients with doctors, as well as narrow-profile doctors with each other. Now patients have the opportunity to sign up for a telemedicine consultation in the Electronic Registry subsystem, get a link to the video broadcast, find out the time of its conduct and the name of the specialist. You can sign up for an online consultation through a browser on a personal computer or mobile device on Android and iOS platforms.

In addition to the patient's communication with the doctor, medical specialists have the opportunity to remotely communicate with each other: hold meetings and consultations with other medical organizations, as well as organize training lectures and other broadcasts.

The service of telemedicine consultations has become part of the BARS.ZDVNovedenie system of the Saratov region, which includes the medical information system BARS.ZDVNovedenie - MIS and the laboratory information system BARS.ZDVNovedenie-LIS. The set of solutions provides digitalization of the activities of medical organizations of various profiles (polyclinics, hospitals, specialized institutions, multidisciplinary clinics, etc.), accumulates, processes and provides for joint use data from various medical organizations and allows them to be in a single information space.
