The Tekhnodinamika holding of State Corporation Rostec completed in 2016 a pilot project on implementation of energy-saving technologies — the automated control system for lighting on MKPK "Station wagon". The project will allow to reduce electricity consumption volumes to 80% due to automatic control and decrease in losses of a luminous flux.
The intelligent system represents a hardware and software system based on use of wireless technologies which manages LED lighting in real time and independently changes a luminous flux depending on natural lighting. The project is implemented based on the Moscow design industrial complex "Universal" (enters into Tekhnodinamika holding), the Russian enterprise for creation of the paraborne equipment.
The automated complex is also equipped with the software which is independently controlling inclusion and cutoff of light taking into account operating time of employees, allowing to control illumination of necessary sections of the enterprise by means of mobile technologies and also to reduce losses of a luminous flux due to use of lamps with secondary optics.
In general — project implementation will allow to reduce electricity consumption by the enterprise on average by 60-80%. Payback periods will make from one and a half to two years.
Besides, by estimates of specialists of Holding, implementation of an engineering system of "smart lighting" using LED technologies will allow to exclude completely costs for utilization of mercury lamps, ecological payments and to optimize costs for service maintenance.
