• The instrument of monitoring and the analysis of key performance indicators according to the purposes of development of JSC MOESK is implemented;
• Jobs with a set of ready report forms and panels of representations are created;
• The management is given an opportunity to control accomplishment of plans for key performance indicators and to establish the reasons of deviations of the actual results from the plan
