MOE SOSH No. 6 of the city of Bikin implements a digital information educational environment for school students of high school

The LANIT-PARTNER company carried out works on automation of educational processes and creation of the innovation electronic educational environment at high comprehensive school No. 6 of the city of Bikin of Khabarovsk Krai.

Situation

In 2010 there was an idea of the organization of the school integrating all seniors of Bikin. Eight day classes of different profiles are organized: with profound studying of chemistry and biology, mathematics and physics, the right, economy.

In 2011 the decision - to make school digital, to create uniform innovation educational space which will include each participant for increase in efficiency of education and expansion of opportunities of common cultural development is made.

Solution

According to the project, specialists LANIT-PARTNER carried out delivery, installation and setup of a hardware and software system of the innovation electronic educational environment. 220 mobile computers for pupils and 18 jobs for teachers entered a complex.

The electronic educational environment created at school is made by the interconnected modules: "Mobile study of the teacher", "Mobile workplace of the pupil", "Management of school and organization of educational process", "Attendance accounting", "Library and reading room", Boundary, Informer and others.

The general

Automation at Digital school covers not only educational activity, but also operation of the administrative machine. Management of a regular organization structure, planning of educational process, accounting of material values and also document flow of school are conducted in electronic form according to the existing requirements. Besides, the possibility of collecting of statistical data and report generation, including about progress of pupils is provided in a system. Public information on school (the lesson schedule, reception hours of administration, school news, data on a status of library stocks, etc.) are coordinated in the module "Informer". For obtaining necessary data pupils and parents can make a request using the information booths located in the schoolhouse and also via the school website. The installed system of accounting of attendance making identification on the basis of scanning of fingerprints supports function of mailing of SMS notifications to parents about time when the child came to occupations and when left school. Now "Bikin digital school" is the only educational institution in Khabarovsk Krai which all aspects of activity are covered by an electronic system. The implemented software package has no analogs in the Far East.
