The MSK insurance group optimizes stream document handling

Digital Design implemented the project on automation of stream document handling in JSC Strakhovoy gruppe MSK, the company integrator reported on July 2, 2013.

Background

The solution on the basis of technology of barcoding in JSC SG MSK optimizes stream document handling when scanning, the problem of their automatic typification and package import of electronic documents to the insurance system of the company is solved.

Result

Project implementation in JSC SG MSK there was a possibility of recognition of a barcode in electronic images of documents that allowed, on the basis of information in a barcode, to implement functions of direct transmission of the typified documents in an accounting insurance system.

For control of process of stream processing the specialized journal interface in which all information on correctness of processing of files with indication of the arising problems in the course of recognition of a barcode is displayed is implemented. For convenience of users the possibility of individual preference of quality of the received image, additional movement of files and some other functions is provided in the solution.
