2024: Power Management Product and Solution Delivery Plan

General Director of System Electric Alexey Kashaev and First Deputy General Director for Markets Power and Automation Nikolai Ladygin discussed with the rector of the National Research University MPEI Nikolai Rogalev plans for the development of cooperation. The parties considered the joint implementation of R&D, the training of design engineers for real production tasks, internships for students and professional retraining courses for employees.

As part of a partnership with the System Electric University, it will conduct a large-scale update of the scientific and educational center at the Department of Automated Electric Drive (AEP) with the transfer of educational competencies, as well as additionally equip the company's equipment and solutions with the Department of Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises and the Department of Electromechanics, Electrical and Electronic Devices. The project is scheduled for 2024-2025.

In addition, the parties discussed the possibility of equipping System Electric solutions with a training class adjacent to the REC, equipped with stands of a foreign manufacturer that left the Russian market for March 2024.

Cooperation with MPEI began back in 2006, and we continue to increase it. The Russian energy system is one of the largest in the world and serves as the basis for the growth of all industries. Therefore, young professionals are especially in demand for its reliable work and the creation of equipment based on Russian developments. "System Electric" contributes to the training of high-level personnel, and this goal will be served by the expansion of interaction with MPEI, "said Alexey Kashaev, General Director of System Electric.

The creation of the System Electric design bureau on the basis of MPEI is an excellent symbiosis of practical and theoretical knowledge. Together with the company, we will focus on the training and development of our young specialists and researchers in the industry.
