MRK-Engineering" implemented EDMS "E1 Euphrates"

2/20/2015. The MRK-Engineering LLC company announced system implementation of electronic document management "E1 Euphrates" Cognitive Technologies company.

For the purpose of optimization of many thousands document flow of the company and its separate divisions, the decision on selection of the functional software capable to adapt under necessary requirements of organizational production was made. When studying of the offered options of electronic software in the market of services, the choice was stopped on "E1 Euphrates" Cognitive Technologies developer. The product completely conforms to regulatory requirements of the Russian office-work and also requirements of ISO 9000 and is developed according to the recommendations of WfMC (Workflow Management Coalition). At the customer noted the convenience of installation of a program resource which is not requiring availability of the additional software. The software installation was made in the shortest possible time at the minimum temporary loss.

According to representatives of MRK-Engineering LLC, the software system "E1 Euphrates" also allows to reduce archives of paper document flow to a minimum, and at the same time to increase as necessary quantity of flows of the electronic documentation resulting from activity. Thus, structurization of documents is more quickly carried out, the need for archive storage of the main paper carriers and a possibility of electronic archiving of separate document types disappears. It should be noted that expansion of quantity of flows in necessary quantity is performed by the user, without involvement of specialists of developer.
