The ROSINTEGRA company carried out software implementation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" for MTRK "World".
Background
Earlier the Mir TV company used "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7" for conducting personnel records and payroll calculation. The configuration did not conform to requirements of the enterprise, there were no transparency of accounting and efficiency of obtaining information, there was a need for control over the HR policy and data analysis. For the solution of the standing tasks the project on automation of payroll and personnel records on a new software platform is initiated. As the solution the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product was selected.
The management of MTRK "World" attentively approached the choice of the contractor for project implementation on automation. As the reliable partner the ROSINTEGRA company was selected.
Solution
During software implementation all necessary events for development of the uniform principles of conducting personnel records, payroll in all branches of the company taking into account the features work-related in the remote CIS countries are held.
The main objectives are solved
- Transfer of personnel and design data from "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7" in "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is made.
- User training to work with the program is provided.
- A number of the settings and completions answering to specifics of accounting at the enterprise is executed: the block on accounting of civil contracts is finished, a number of the built-in printed forms is changed and new forms are added.
Main results
- The efficiency of the HR policy of the company increased. Due to expansion of functionality of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" regarding automation of the developed regulations the possibility of the analysis of a talent pool of the enterprise appeared. The analysis of this information allowed to increase quality of training of personnel, to lower finance costs on the emergency search of employees and costs of time for adaptation of beginners.
- All staff of the enterprise receives the salary in any type convenient to them in time (cash or on the card selected by the employee of the bank).
- The efficiency of specialists of HR department and clerks due to optimization of information input and automation of many routine transactions increased.
- Flexible mechanisms "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allow to collect the necessary reporting in convenient for each user – the head or the HR specialist - a type. Speed of preparation of reports increased repeatedly as there is now no need to collect and lead to the general format information from different information systems.
- Calculation of holidays can be made absolutely on all staff of the company in the automatic mode. In the program there is no information on the saved-up remaining balance of holidays, this information is necessary at dismissal and also for informing employees on a remaining balance of holidays. The staff of HR department gradually enters these data into the program when calculating holidays.
- Differentiation of access rights prevents information leak. The data connected only with him are available to each user.
