2023: Building a Digital Twin
PJSC, MTS a digital ecosystem, on December 20, 2023 announced the creation of digital twin virtual a dynamic model of the company that allows you to analyze and control the ecosystem landscape and predict its development based on/models AIML.
The product automatically collects data about processes in the company and renders them for subsequent interactive analysis and modeling. The digital twin combines information about the state of the IT infrastructure and user experience: how do customers use services, who is responsible for a particular system, whether there are enough employees in the project and their competencies, how are processes organized, are there any delays in work? These and other questions can be answered by working with a digital twin.
The system shows not only the current state of the company, but also identifies anomalies: duplication of system functionality, dependence of more reliable systems on less reliable ones, violation of corporate technological requirements, etc. As the MTS ecosystem grows, the scale of the digital twin will also grow, showing the dependencies and influence of various business areas on each other, minimizing the risks from the negative impact of incidents in related areas.
MTS is a fast-growing ecosystem, the landscape of which is constantly transforming: new products are emerging, the business and technological environment is changing. To manually track all these changes and control their effect on the company would take a significant amount of resources. The digital twin helps not only to receive all up-to-date information about individual products, but also to track the relationships between them and thereby globally assess the state of the entire company. The virtual model allows you to simulate various scenarios and, based on the data obtained, make more effective business decisions, "said Pavel Voronin, First Vice President for MTS Technologies. |
The use of a digital twin will halve the time spent designing and describing products, significantly reduce the number of failures and downtime of systems by timely predicting the consequences of incidents, as well as prevent losses from duplication of functionality on the landscape and the use of inappropriate technologies and approaches.
