The Aplana Software company continued development of the project begun in 2008 for MTS company and, implemented the corporate base of marketing information (CBMI). A system allowed to automate the processes of collective work connected with preparation, accounting, search and the analysis of marketing information on different activities of the customer.

Continuing the project begun in 2008 for increase in efficiency of marketing divisions of MTS company in 2009 the decision to finish KBMI for the purpose of collection of information about the course of accomplishment of the federal marketing programs (FMP) was made.

Purpose of this project stage:

  • the organization of the automated collecting and uniform information warehouse about the course of accomplishment of FMP;
  • create automatically created reports on the course of accomplishment of FMP;
  • ensuring calculation of key performance indicators of start of FMP;

As a basis products IBM WebSphere Portal and Oracle Server and also separate solutions Aplana in this subject were used.

In the project progress the cycle of works on the programs which are carried out by the customer was automated:

  • appointment of employees of actionees of tasks within FMP;
  • process of collecting, consolidation of information on the task performance course within FMP;
  • report generation about the course of accomplishment of marketing programs;
  • report generation about accomplishment of key performance indicators (KPI).


The mechanism which is providing transparency of work on all federal marketing programs and increased efficiency of marketing specialists became result.
