2023: Results of the transition to HRlink KEDO

On April 4, 2023, MTS Bank spoke about the transition to electronic document management.

According to the results of the first quarter of 2023, 98% of the bank's employees received unique electronic digital signatures. Digital signature generation takes place right inside the HRlink system. An individual electronic signature (UNEP) is formed, with which the employee can sign personnel documents. The signature is confirmed using an SMS code sent to the employee's personal phone.

At the end of 2022, MTS Bank switched to HRlink ECDO electronic document management. According to Irina Zhigilei, the transition to HRlink only at the initial stage of the project helped to save MTS Bank 104,915 sheets of office paper, which is equivalent to 1.7 tons of wood.

13 personnel applications can be submitted through the ECDO system. The signing time of the document is − three minutes, including login.

One of the indisputable advantages of the introduction of electronic document management, according to Irina Zhigilei, is not only paper savings and an indisputable contribution to the environment, but also the possibility of remote hiring of new employees.
