Methodology of the description of business processes of ARIS in "MTS Bank"

The Business Logic 2.0 company (is later than BMP Logic, enters into IT Group) completed the project on creation of methodology of the description of business processes of JSC MTS-Bank using the solutions ARIS.

Experience of business process modeling in MTS Bank contains about 6 years. The methodology of the description of business processes changed depending on the modeling purposes and also depending on the used modeling environment.

Due to the large-scale development of retail business of MTS of Bank in 2012 the need for updating of methodology of design and also for transition to essentially new system level of creation and the analysis of process base increased. The bank selected the solution ARIS as the target platform. This project was executed jointly with specialists of Business Logic 2.0 company. Within the joint project the methodological base for uniform business process modeling of bank was created. The agreement on modeling where the basic principles and rules of the description of business processes are registered is drafted. In addition to methodology of the description of business processes specialists of Business Logic 2.0 company developed scripts of ARIS on financial value analysis and formation of the process chart of business processes. An important stage of the project — training of specialists of bank in the field of business process modeling in the environment of ARIS and also training in questions of dynamic modeling for the analysis and improvement of the existing processes of bank.

For full-scale implementation of the process approach MTS Bank forms a project team by description of business processes. The bank aims to use the ARIS environment not only as the tool of the graphic description of business processes, but also as the means allowing to improve process according to the planned purposes.
