MTS Belorus optimized performance of networks of wireless communication

On January 18, 2017 company 2TEST announced delivery and maintenance of complexes of planning and optimization of performance of networks of wireless communication to the Belarusian telecom operator of MTS Belorus.

Within implementation of this project by specialists 2TEST was delivery of a licensed software of InfoVista and iBwave allowing to perform effective planning of networks and to optimize the existing infrastructure of the operator is performed.

Use of the InfoVista and iBwave systems allowed the customer to accelerate planning processes and deployments of networks of the next generation, to obtain reliable data about a current status of network, to reduce time for detection of areas with a poor performance and to optimize network resources.

A number of advantages which were got by the operator based on implementation of systems:

• Analytics of network data and behavior of subscribers (service, priority, equipment);
• 3D - a geolocation and optimization of network traffic;
• The simplified process of network planning in real time, design of heterogeneous networks and small cells;
