Farewell to chaos is a digital order. Instead of "stretched" automation, there is a tough focus on process discipline.

The warehouse of finishing materials (8500 m ²) lost contracts due to critical problems:

  • 11% errors in shipments → constant returns from networks;
  • Regular discrepancies between accounting and actual data leading to financial losses;
  • 500 m ² "dead" zones on racks due to manual control;
  • ↑ What created reputational risks and jeopardized relations with key partners.

Solution: WMS as Strict Logist

  • NTEKEY WMS LITE - the system analyzes 7 product parameters (from dimensions to demand) and assigns storage places itself;
  • Shipping documentation with double confirmation - scanning + digital signature for each operation (acceptance → selection → shipment);
  • Transparency as a standard - the action log records: who, when and where interacted with the product.

What has changed

In 2 months, the warehouse turned into an exemplary one:

  • Accuracy of operations 99% returns from customers are reduced to a minimum;
  • Accounting accuracy 99% - Complete correspondence of accounting data and physical balances;
  • + 20% to capacity - "revived" the dead zones;
  • The collection of orders has accelerated 2.5 times - even peak loads do not cause Avral.
