The company performs booking and delivery on all Russia. In day in the company about 800 shipping requests are processed. Shipping requests form on the basis of the customer orders created through internet- shop. Temporary restrictions on delivery of a load which should be observed at transportation implementation are specified in customer orders. Orders from clients arrive from all regions of Russia. For planning of runs of the shipping request of a load from a system based on "1C: Trade Management" are loaded century AXELOT TMS. At emergence of changes in structure of orders (that at the initiative of clients occurs quite often) data in "1C: Management trade" are updated and are quickly transferred in AXELOT TMS. Nadezhnaya integration between two systems is configured with the help DATAREON ESB.
Information on packages and the freight train is fixed in the documents AXELOT TMS for delivery. At the time of loading of the request in TMS there is an automatic detection of the multimodal scheme of the transportation fixing the sequence of execution of delivery and transport, necessary for it. Planning of runs is automated in all directions of the goods delivery to clients (in all territory of Russia). Formation of runs is made on the basis of the schedule of permanent routes taking into account restrictions on time spans and geographical zones. Calculation of distances between points and also formation of the sequence of their detour in run are performed by a system automatically.
Distribution of runs is executed generally on hired vehicles; costs for services of carriers are also calculated automatically. Process of execution of runs is implemented using Android client. The data on delivery of a load obtained from the mobile client, problems in route points, changes of a route are, etc. controlled in TMS by the logistician. Thanks to fixing of delivery conditions when planning routes and to the subsequent control of their accomplishment and also thanks to a possibility of operational making changes in customer orders the quality of the provided services significantly increased.
