2020: Transfer of transactions of commercial purchases to electronic turnover

On December 10, 2020 the TerraLink company reported that together with Group M. of Video Eldorado transferred to electronic turnover practically of all transactions within commercial purchases based on the TerraLink xDE platform which allows not only to refuse paper carriers at contractual relations, but also performs automatic performing transactions in accounting. TerraLink xDE works with any solution on the party of the partner or supplier that provides fast transfer to e-document flow of the majority of transactions.

Group M. of Video Eldorado transferred to a digital format 80% of transactions within commercial purchases. The total monthly quantity of packets of electronic documents is exceeded by 40,000, 85% of the arrived documents are carried out automatically that allows to reduce risk of errors in routine transactions, to cut down expenses on them, to accelerate carrying out calculations and closing of financial statements. For December, 2020 acceptance and transfer of electronic documents of Group is performed through four operators of e-document flow by means of the TerraLink xDE platform.

The solution TerraLink xDE provides an opportunity to accept and transmit primary documents through services of operators of e-document flow in Video El Dorado, usual for M. users, in the interface of SAP. The platform is integrated with an internal system of electronic document management and allows to work with documents freely. TerraLink xDE provides unloading of the negotiation document in legally significant e-document flow, signing with the electronic digital signature, transfer on signing to the partner, placement on storage in electronic archive the version signed from two parties.

In the nearest future Group M. of Video Eldorado plans digitalization of non-commercial purchases. In parallel with implementation of e-document flow the retailer will optimize base of the nomenclature reference information, will start corporate certification center and will configure automatic carrying out in accounting of primary documentation regarding non-commercial purchases.

Group M. of Video Eldorado as the seller of electronics in Russia, buys several tens of thousands of models of the equipment at more than 200 suppliers. Crucially, that all operations on deliveries and calculations took place in time and without errors. Complete transition to digital processes became noticeable breakthrough forward in the speed and quality of accounting, besides, as showed experience, e-document flow allowed the company to create sufficient margin of safety and to safely pass the period of a lokdaun, very difficult for all, in the spring of 2020, – the Head of Department of accounting and the reporting of Group M. of Video Eldorado Konstantin Shiyan emphasized.

Key requirements to the contractor and IT solution from the retailer included experience of implementations in large retail, a multioperatornost, open API and a possibility of easy integration with the existing systems, support of different types of archives.
