MACFA not only supports high standards, but also actively improves internal processes. In the context of the company's development, the growing volume of primary documentation and changes in legislation, management decided to automate document management. Such a step met the requirements of efficiency and accelerated the search and processing of documents.
Since the company was already registered in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, the integration of the solution with the 1C system was important. GANDALF has offered the Scan-Archive program, specially designed to modernize such processes. GANDALF not only implemented Scan-Archive, adapting it to the needs of the enterprise, but also conducted training on working with it for MACFA specialists.
As a result, MAKFA created a primary documentation management system that covered 116 workplaces. The Scan-Archive program accelerated the processing of documents at each stage, simplified their search and access to them. Thanks to the implementation of bar coding and intelligent identity recognition functions, the processes for identifying and uploading documents to the 1C system were configured. Time costs for interaction with counterparties have decreased significantly, the level of document control has increased. Increased security and transparency of document flow.
