On May 20, 2019 the Advanta company reported that "Machine-building plant of M.I. Kalinin" the management system for programs of projects is implemented.
According to the company, in 2014 at the enterprise the plan for step-by-step implementation of technologies of lean production is approved. Increase in controllability programs of projects of the enterprise became the purpose of implementation of ISUP ADVANTA.
For project implementation the following tasks were set:
- Increase quality of interaction between project participants, visualization and efficiency of processes of management of projects
- Lower time expenditure on project planning, updating of information and preparation of regulated reports on projects
- Reduce terms of development and approval of working documents of projects
Project deliverables was the following:
- All projects on organizational technically development of the enterprise are transferred to a system.
- The register of programs and projects is configured, projects are structured in a system on control points.
- Planning and control of terms of implementation of programs/projects is conducted in a system.
- Automated management of tasks with reports on the status of tasks.
- In a system risks, topical issues on changes in programs/projects are registered and controlled.
- The system of communication and document management of the enterprise is created.
- Project meetings are held on the basis of data of a system, in it results are fixed.
- Formation of the operational and relevant reporting is automated.
- The modules "Technical Re-equipment" and "Repair work" are configured.
the Project in PJSC MZIK completed in the fall of 2016 was interesting to me by an opportunity to work at one of the largest and oldest engineering enterprises of our city. The machine-building industry for May, 2019 endures revival, large-scale modernization, rejuvenation of personnel structure.
Maintenance at the system level of corporate methodology of management of programs and projects which at the time of start of the project existed only in the form of the separate regulating documents was a main objective of project office of the company in our project. At this ASUPP it has to be easy in mastering, it is evident, should have the developed functionality of communications and document managements. These tasks were successfully solved using the ADVANTA system. The help of the company to project office in setting and fixing of methodology of change management in projects, risk management of projects, resolution of conflicts in approaches to delegation between production workers and project managers based on project-oriented approach was an important component of the project. In passing in ASUPP the functionality which does not have a direct bearing on project management, but very important for the enterprise which is in a status of large-scale conversions was implemented. It is about information support of the annual plan of technical re-equipment and management of execution of the repair schedule of building constructions of the body of the enterprise. |
