In March, 2013 the Teledata company began the project on product introduction of Naumen company - the solution for automation of contact centers in Magellan Solutions company, the press service of developer reported on March 5, 2013.
Expectations
At the first stage of implementation in contact center of Magellan Solutions it is necessary to automate 100 jobs of operators.
Implementation is performed by forces of Teledata system integrator, the partner of Naumen on Philippines. Expert support of the project is performed by the Russian specialists.
