2025: Digital Infrastructure Security Assessment

Major Logistics has assessed the level of security of the digital infrastructure with the F6 Cyber Identity Index solution. The results of the analysis confirmed the high level of maturity of the company in the field of cybersecurity and identified priorities for further building protection against current cyber threats. F6 (formerly the F.A.C.C.T.) reported this on October 28, 2025.

Annually, Major Logistics performs more than 2 million shipments, the company's logistics network covers 5,500 settlements in Russia. An extensive digital infrastructure, including 19 integrated IT systems and a wide network of partners, requires constant control over cyber risks to ensure business continuity. Despite the built-in multi-level system of protection against cyber attacks - SOC, EDR agents, firewalls, DRP and DR (Disaster Recovery), backup and incident response procedures - the company's management decided to receive an objective assessment of the effectiveness of protection.

The F6 Cyber Identity Index is an analytical tool that allows you to assess the level of external digital security of the company through the eyes of attackers. The F6 index assesses the level of digital sustainability of the company in eight key areas: infrastructure, vulnerabilities network security SSL,/, and TLS DNS domain settings, mail security,, data breaches malicious activity, Darknet and brand mentions. Each area directly affects business sustainability financial , performance and customer confidence.

According to the results of the assessment, Major Cargo Service received 66 points out of 100, which corresponds to the BB level - a mature and controlled security model. No serious vulnerabilities were identified: internal processes function stably, the infrastructure is controlled, incident response is debugged. The index revealed only point development zones - outdated software versions, configuration errors and individual open services of contractors.

The index allows you to see the company through the eyes of the outside world. This is not an audit, but a mirror that shows where the real risks are and how to manage them. For us, this is a tool that confirms the correctness of the course and gives arguments for the leadership, - said Alexey Stepanov, CTO Major Logistics.

The data obtained allowed the company's management to make balanced management decisions aimed at improving the effectiveness of protection and optimizing investments in information security. To consolidate the result, Major Logistics plans to re-evaluate in 3-6 months to record the dynamics and confirm the effect of the measures implemented.

The experience of Major Logistics demonstrates that large business in Russia is moving from a reactive approach to managing cyber resistance to a proactive one, "said Evgeny Chunikhin, Business Head of Threat Intelligence at F6. - The F6 Cyber Identity Index is becoming the new standard for assessing the maturity of digital protection - a tool that helps companies understand how ready they are for attacks, partner reviews and regulatory requirements. For Major Logistics level businesses, the index becomes an indicator of maturity and transparency, and for the market, a benchmark for digital sustainability, measured and managed at the board level.
