Pharmproizvoditel of Makiz-Pharm purchases licenses softwares of Business Process Management Suite

The Cognitive Technologies company signed the agreement with the company of Makiz-Pharm on purchase of licenses of an electronic document management system based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates".

Background

For the management of customer company specialists of Cognitive Technologies held the presentation of functionality of the E1 Evrfat system.

"E1 system implementation in the company of Makiz-Pharm considerably will simplify and will accelerate processes of work with document flow of the company that, in turn, will allow specialists to focus on the direct duties and in more foreground mode to approve necessary instructions for increase in activity of business processes" — Olga Uskova, the president of Cognitive Technologies group noted.

Objectives

During the project it is necessary to automate processes of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to differentiate access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
