Initially, the company "SZ" Malkova 12, "in order to regulate the internal document management, decided to acquire the program " 1C: Document Flow, "but during additional consultations with Oxtron Group specialists, an agreement was concluded for the implementation of" 1C: PROF Document Management. " This version of the program has the full functionality necessary to close the customer's needs.

On the methodological part, Oxtron Group specialists provided consulting assistance on the preparation of procedures for launching business processes for working with tasks.

As a result of the implementation, the tasks of planning and conducting activities were solved, taking into account the workload of employees and the availability of free space. The number of tasks completed on time increased, which led to an increase in labor efficiency.

The system has been put into pilot operation. Planned integration with a software solution. "1C: Integrated Automation 8"

Tasks that required solution:
