The solution is intended for:

• automation of standard tasks of office of registration and mailing of correspondence to receivers;
• creations of electronic archive of business and legal documentation and regulations of management of it;
• control of performing discipline on the registered correspondence and documents;
• tracking of documents during their lifecycle of the address; - obtaining reports on the happening processes of document flow and performance of resolutions.

Within implementation the following structural divisions are covered: Heads of divisions and services, secretariat, responsibles of divisions and services. Reports on document flow are configured: to types, document types, details of registration cards (to dates, correspondents, etc.), to a status of documents and reports on control of performing discipline (on the performed, not performed documents, contractors, dates, completion dates).

Within the project the following business processes were automated: acceptances of the document in archive and restriction of a possibility of creation of cards.
