Project Progress

During the project consolidation was carried out to the single database of earlier separate and unstructured information of five enterprises of the company that allowed to increase several times further performance of such workflows as approval of agreements, control over a funds expenditure and financial planning. In turn, transfer of software products on the rented servers optimized the customer's expenses on purchase of the new equipment necessary for further high-quality work of the systems of the company based on 1C - 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management (management of manufacturing plants), 1C: Payroll and HR Management (ZUP) and BIT. Finance. Management accounting, and compensation of the specialists performing the subsequent maintenance.

Result

The organization of work with data in "cloud" also allowed the company to solve a problem of ensuring mobility of business – employees had the accessibility to software products both at office, and out of it through the Internet by means of the protected VPN connection. Thanks to a possibility of remote connection, confirmation of monetary requests and approval of the budget for the period accelerated.

Creation of the single database and transfer of the available software products of the client on the rented servers, it was executed by specialists of The First BIT company in the shortest possible time and took only several days. At the same time it did not affect quality of work of divisions during the project.

Project implementation allowed not only to increase efficiency of interaction between divisions of the company, but also to avoid expensive upgrade of the IT infrastructure ensuring functioning of the main software products representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
