Management of ZAGS across the Sakha Republic transferred archive fund to an electronic form

On December 15, 2015 ELAR corporation announced end of the next stage of works on transfer to an electronic form of archive fund of civil registrations of Management of ZAGS for the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

Project Task

It was required to transfer historical assembly records from 1950 for 2004 to an electronic form.

Data for this period (data on the birth, death, defects and a divorce) are earlier entered into automated information system "Nakhodka REGISTRY OFFICE".

The processed data array represents the acts of civil status from 250 to 300 sheets sewed in books of state registration. In some copies a part of information (the handwritten text of assembly record) gets into a scrape and without lacing of the assembly book does not give in to reading.

Project Results

As a result of upgrade specialists of bureau got access to 562 thousand records which need to be provided occasionally within interdepartmental interaction in electronic form and when rendering public services.

For many years books were glanced over by specialists of bodies of ZAGS for finding of information by consideration of requests of citizens and the organizations that resulted in wear of documents. Over time the paper copy becomes brittle, fades that poses a threat of an irretrievable loss of original fund of assembly records. Their transfer to an electronic form is not only the automation equipment of work of staff of bodies of ZAGS, but also the tool of safety of data. Execution of works was performed in full accordance with requirements of the Federal law of 7/27/2006 No. 152-FZ "About personal data.
