On November 25, 2013 the System Examination company announced the beginning of implementation of document flow on the Docsvision 5.2 platform in Management of Network Complexes company.
Project Tasks
Project objectives - consolidation of all work connected with documents within a single system, creation of the analytical tool for monitoring of key business processes of the company.
In addition to classical problems of EDMS, such as process automation of office or control of performing discipline of employees, within the project will be implemented also specific tasks, for example, contract management of technical accession and also integration with a 1C system. It is separately supposed to perform import of contemporary records from systems existing in the company.
