Management on work and employment of the population of Altai Krai started system implementation of electronic document management based on EDMS

In November, 2011 Management on work and employment of the population of Altai Krai and Corporate Systems — Consulting company (Barnaul) signed the delivery contract of licenses of an electronic document management system "CASE" - developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company, with a full range of works on its implementation.

Since September, 2011 in Management on work and employment works on inspection of office-work and document flow with forces of specialists of KS-Consulting LLC were carried out. Then works on setup of reference books of a system and user rights according to data of inspection were carried out. Installation server and the client software of EDMS "DELO" in Management and jobcenters of the population in the territory of Altai Krai was executed. User training to work in the DELO system is at the moment processed. Upon completion of training of users, a system will be completely put into operation.

During the performed works workflow automation in Management on work and employment of the population, in jobcenters of the population and also optimization of interaction of Management and its structural divisions based on the CASE system was carried out. Delivery of 81 licenses of the CASE system was made for implementation of this task. In the territory of Management using a system jobs of the management, chiefs of the departments and employees responsible for office-work were automated. In jobcenters of the population jobs of directors, or the employees performing document handling functions were connected to work in a system. Thus, already at this stage, all key officials of edge management and its 61 territorial subdivisions had an opportunity of paperless work with documents and instructions in the single database EDMS "DELO".

In future plans of the customer expansion of use of jobs of the CASE system in all structural divisions for the purpose of connection of all employees to work with documents in a paperless type.
